A single event needs a dozen platform-specific posts before it, someone paying attention during it, and a stack of recaps after. Most of it gets written by hand, in a rush, and sounds a little different every time.

And the best material — the quote someone said, the small win, the moment in the room — usually evaporates before anyone writes it down.
